Please do not submit medical reports, detailed medical history, identity documents or other sensitive information through the initial WhatsApp message or any general enquiry channel.

We use appointment and enquiry information received from the booking service or direct clinic contact to manage your request, contact you and help arrange an appointment. We use limited technical information to operate, secure and improve the website and to understand basic website usage where analytics consent is required and provided.

Appointment availability is governed by the booking service and clinic confirmation process.

4. How information may be handled

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, online booking, security, analytics or communication. We should configure these services to receive only the information necessary for their role and protect it appropriately.

When you choose to contact the clinic through WhatsApp, telephone, Google or another external service, that service’s own privacy terms also apply.
